We have all witnessed the housing market’s demise in recent years.  Now, our government is looking for a method to the madness, and looking  control a larger piece of the pie in the housing industry.  What does this mean for Americans?  #1 Rent control, and #2 more governmental involvement and regulation.  Is this good or bad?  Should we welcome the government coming in and trying to save the day?  Do you see any drawbacks?

This idea is still in its infancy, and our current administration is still exploring proposals and ideas with regard to this concept.  One thing is for certain – this will affect everyone living in the United States.
