PREREQUISITES
The customer calls or emails to report the basic nature of the service issue or breakdown. This will determine the proper service technician dispatched to fulfill your requirement. A basic service contract exists for this type of service. This contract incorporates special price agreements based on initial charge plus costs for materials to be used during the repair work.
Mon thru Fri 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM -$59.00
Basic service call initial rate plus additional time and materials billed at $75.00 per each additional hour.
4:00 pm to 8:00 PM- $127.00
Basic service call initial rate plus additional time and materials billed at $95.00 per each additional hour.
8:00 PM to 7:00 AM- $229.00 (2 man minimum after 8:00 PM)
Basic service call initial rate plus additional time and materials billed at $165.00 per each additional hour.
Additional time and material costs are detailed in this agreement based on the initial determination by the repair technician. You may request to have Bristol Service bid, or provide a proposal for the additional work beyond the service or emergency repair, but the initial service call would be charged without discount if we are to return and complete repairs at a later time. Discounts are often given at time of initial inspection when the work is completed upon initial service call. Requests to bid only are dispatched to qualified estimators only-they do not perform any service work. The actual hours worked by the service technician as well as the components or materials used to repair or replace replaced are confirmed and agreed in writing before commencement of service order. Payment terms are also agreed at time of initial repair. Extended billing arrangements cannot be approved without a prior credit application and subsequent term agreement.
Bids or proposals for work are generally submitted within agreed time frame determined by the scope and magnitude of the work to be performed. Please discuss you needs with the estimator at time of initial inspection or bid-walk.
