BRISTOL’S MANAGEMENT TEAM
S. Gerald “Jerry” Bronstrup, President, R. M. O, and CEO
Before founding Bristol Restoration in 2005, Jerry spent 14 years in the mortgage industry providing retail mortgage finance services to home improvement contractors and custom builders throughout the western U.S. His specialty- construction and home improvement lending to small and medium contractors and developers seeking out of the box finance options. He pioneered unsecured lending options from a mortgage broker operation-the only one in California at the time-to consumers, sold through small home improvement contractors, which increased sales over 500% in two years. Through this process Jerry improved the administrative and quality control processes that his contractors failed to manage when providing services to their clients. It was through this process that he decided to obtain his general contractor’s license and start operations as Bristol Builders, Incorporated. Previously Jerry worked in sales and marketing management for construction related manufacturing and services to large commercial accounts.
Gigi Bronstrup, CFO and Director of Sales
Prior to joining Bristol Restoration, Gigi spent 26 years in the residential wholesale mortgage industry, most recently as the number one regional wholesale sales manager in the country at IndyMac Bank. She spent her first 12 years in wholesale operations management- giving her insight to the inherent problems associated with the real estate industry- and opportunities to improve the processes in which business is conducted. Always determined to improve customer service, relations, and satisfaction, in total product offerings to her clients has given Gigi the drive to achieve successes not only for herself and her company but her clients as well. Gigi holds a California real estate broker’s license and has satisfied all the requirements for the state and national mortgage license.
Justin Ward, Director of Construction Services
Justin started his career as a “hands-on” apprentice in the construction home improvement industry. He quickly developed talent and business sense. After a few years working in different trades, Justin was hired by Richmond American homes to supervise new home construction projects in Southern California. In a few short years Justin was responsible for supervising over 100 sub-contractors and workers. In that time he built 500 single and multi-family homes from breaking dirt to completion. Justin is also a California licensed general contractor. Just in has been with Bristol since November of 2010.
Brad Fields, Field Supervisor
Brad is a California licensed general contractor working directly for Bristol for the past two years handling rehab and repair services throughout Los Angeles County. He spent 10 years in property management handling all aspects of multi-family repairs and maintenance for 200 plus unit apartments and condominium associations.
David Workman, Tennant Property Repair Service Manager
David has been with Bristol since its inception supervising initially preservation crews for asset management companies performing services on over 2,000 residential REO properties, eventually taking over tenant improvement repair and remodel duties for both residential and commercial clients. David has over 10 years experience in commercial plumbing installation for restaurant and business in the Los Angeles area, as well as an additional 10 years experience as a journeyman framer and remodeler in the residential sector.
